About the Hosts
Ben “Jammin” Henry (he/his/him) and Jonny Spazz (he/his/him) started a band together 20 years ago in Honolulu, Hawaii. Somehow they managed to stay best friends, despite now living in opposite corners of the country — Seattle, WA (Ben) and Florida (Jonny). Ben (at right) is a dad, activist, songwriter, and entrepreneur. Jonny (at left) is a funcle, military veteran, teacher, and musician.
Mike Merz (he/his/him) is a producer, grammar fascist, administrative assistant, and thespian. He says, “i cant stand me either.” Merz is based in Lake Stevens, WA. Josh Read (he/his/him) is an actor and voices Square ’50s Guy, among other characters on the show. He lives in Snohomish, WA.
